Upon full payment of completed client projects, ownership of custom design assets and website files is transferred to the respective client as specified in the service agreement.

4. Payments & Refunds
Project pricing, payment milestones, and advance deposits are communicated upfront before work begins. Due to the custom digital nature of web development and design work, deposits covering completed work phases are non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

While we strive for 100% uptime, top performance, and modern web standards, Deep Web Studio will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of third-party server downtime, domain registrar issues, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties.
